Managers rely heavily on the assistance of management assistants. It’s their job to make sure that departments run smoothly in terms of numerous reporting needs and clerical duties. Management assistants play a larger role in larger firms, and they can be involved in the onboarding and training of new employees. Students who are adept at multitasking and love bringing administrative order to a hectic work environment can choose the Management Assistant course. Office procedures, information processing, communication, marketing, and entrepreneurship will all be covered.
The qualification is divided into parts in such a way that when taken in conjunction with related N part courses (e.g. N4+N5+N6), learners can receive the National N Diploma after completing the required practical work component of either 18 months or two years, depending on the individual occupational sector.
